Det betyder bland<br>annat att m\u00f6tena ska vara tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r alla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ordf\u00f6randen har det st\u00f6rsta ansvaret f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningen.<br><\/strong> Ordf\u00f6randen kontrollerar att allt g\u00e5r r\u00e4tt till. Revisorn<br>\u00e4r vald p\u00e5 \u00e5rsm\u00f6tet och kontrollerar ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6reningens<br>ekonomi och administrativa rutiner s\u00e5 att alla papper \u00e4r<br>som de ska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ordf\u00f6rande och kass\u00f6r ska inte vara sl\u00e4kt med<br>varandra.&nbsp;<\/strong>Det ska inte kass\u00f6ren och revisorn vara<br>heller. Eller ordf\u00f6rande och revisor. D\u00e5 kanske de<br>inte kontrollerar varandra tillr\u00e4ckligt mycket. Det<br>kan bli en s\u00e5 kallad j\u00e4vsituation. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det direkt<br>ol\u00e4mpligt att kass\u00f6ren och revisorn \u00e4r sl\u00e4kt med<br>varandra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Styrelsens uppgifter och roller<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Styrelsen har ansvar f\u00f6r hela f\u00f6reningen och f\u00f6r<br>att g\u00f6ra det som medlemmarna har best\u00e4mt p\u00e5<br>\u00e5rsm\u00f6tet. Styrelsen ger f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 vilka fr\u00e5gor som<br>ska vara med p\u00e5 \u00e5rsm\u00f6tet eller medlemsm\u00f6tet och<br>p\u00e5 vilka beslut medlemmar ska ta i de olika fr\u00e5gorna.<br>Personerna i styrelsen har olika roller och olika<br>arbetsuppgifter. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra exempel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ordf\u00f6rande<\/strong><br>\u2022 \u00c4r med p\u00e5 olika m\u00f6ten i f\u00f6reningens namn,<br>representerar f\u00f6reningen.<br>\u2022 H\u00e5ller i styrelsem\u00f6ten och f\u00f6reningsm\u00f6ten.<br>\u2022 Best\u00e4mmer vad personerna i styrelsen ska g\u00f6ra.<br>Leder arbetet och delar ut uppgifter till personerna<br>i styrelsen.<br>\u2022 Ser till att beslut som fattats blir gjorda.<br>\u2022 Planerar inf\u00f6r framtiden.<br>\u2022 Skriver kallelse och dagordning till m\u00f6ten<br>tillsammans<br>med sekreteraren.<br>\u2022 \u00c4r firmatecknare ofta tillsammans med kass\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sekreteraren<\/strong><br>\u2022 Skriver protokoll p\u00e5 styrelsem\u00f6ten.<br>\u2022 Skriver brev och e-post fr\u00e5n f\u00f6reningen.<br>\u2022 Skriver kallelser och dagordning tillsammans med<br>ordf\u00f6randen.<br>\u2022 \u00c4r med och skriver verksamhetsplan f\u00f6r \u00e5ret som<br>kommer och verksamhetsber\u00e4ttelse f\u00f6r \u00e5ret som<br>har g\u00e5tt.<br>\u2022 Har ansvar f\u00f6r att f\u00f6reningens papper och andra<br>handlingar sparas p\u00e5 en bra plats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kass\u00f6ren<\/strong><br>\u2022 H\u00e5ller ordning p\u00e5 pengar och annat som f\u00f6reningen<br>\u00e4ger.<br>\u2022 Sk\u00f6ter f\u00f6reningens bokf\u00f6ring, g\u00f6r budget och bokslut.<br>\u2022 G\u00f6r in- och utbetalningar.<br>\u2022 Skriver ekonomiska rapporter till styrelsen<br>regelbundet.<br>\u2022 Ser till att f\u00f6reningens ekonomi kontrolleras av<br>en revisor n\u00e4r bokf\u00f6rings\u00e5ret \u00e4r slut.<br>\u2022 S\u00f6ker bidrag till exempel fr\u00e5n kommun och<br>landsting (det kan g\u00f6ras av andra ocks\u00e5).<br>\u2022 Ser till att f\u00f6reningens deklaration blir gjord.<br>\u2022 \u00c4r firmatecknare ofta tillsammans med ordf\u00f6randen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 i en styrelse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Det \u00e4r bra att byta uppgifter med varandra ibland<br>i styrelsen.<\/strong> Om en person har samma arbetsuppgifter<br>l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 kanske inte andra v\u00e5gar pr\u00f6va p\u00e5 att vara till<br>exempel ordf\u00f6rande, sekreterare eller kass\u00f6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kom ih\u00e5g att v\u00e5rda lusten, det som g\u00f6r det roligt att<br>engagera sig i f\u00f6reningen!
